Expert Technical Support Terms

These terms govern expert technical-support services purchased by the hour.
Rate and minimum booking
The standard rate is USD 2,800 per expert hour with a minimum booking of two hours. After the minimum, billable time is recorded in 30-minute increments.
Nature of service
The fee is for professional engineering time and expertise. It is not a guarantee that a particular incident will be completely resolved within a specific number of hours unless a separate fixed-scope statement of work says otherwise.
Service disciplines
Support may cover industrial software, APIs and integrations, database performance, infrastructure troubleshooting, industrial systems architecture, remote incident resolution and configuration assistance.
Emergency and out-of-hours work
Emergency, overnight, weekend, holiday or accelerated-response work may be subject to a separately quoted premium rate. No premium rate is charged unless disclosed and accepted before the relevant work.
On-site work
Travel, visas, accommodation, local transportation, site induction and minimum on-site day charges are separate unless expressly included.
