Refund & Cancellation Policy
Draft v1.0 — production publication requires final legal review and official company identifiers.
This policy is intended to be clear for high-value enterprise digital transactions while preserving any non-waivable rights that apply by law.
Before provisioning
A cancellation request received before license provisioning, subscription activation or service commencement will be reviewed against the payment status, verification status and any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred.
After digital provisioning
Because enterprise software licenses and digital credentials are provisioned specifically to the purchasing business, refunds are generally not available after activation except where required by applicable law, expressly agreed in writing, or approved by SBCMI under a documented exception process.
Support services
Unused prepaid support hours may be eligible for cancellation review before work is scheduled or performed. Time already delivered is not refundable unless required by law or otherwise agreed.
Payment disputes
Customers should contact the published support channel before initiating a payment dispute so the transaction record, scope and delivery evidence can be reviewed. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
