Enterprise Software License Terms
Draft v1.0 — production publication requires final legal review and official company identifiers.
These terms apply to one-time enterprise software licenses sold through SBCMI Store.
License grant
Following full payment and activation, SBCMI grants the identified business customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the licensed software for its internal business operations within the scope stated in the order.
License scope
The permitted entities, sites, environments, users, production instances and deployment architecture are determined by the product specification and order documentation. Any use outside that scope requires written authorization.
Restrictions
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the customer may not resell, sublicense, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, circumvent technical controls, remove ownership notices or provide third-party hosted access to the software without written permission.
Activation
License credentials are issued only after full payment and applicable verification. A license may be suspended or revoked following a valid refund, charge reversal, fraud finding or material contractual breach, subject to applicable law and contract terms.
Updates and support
The one-time license price does not automatically include perpetual access to future releases or ongoing engineering support. Annual Software Assurance is sold separately.
