Digital Delivery & Provisioning Policy
Version 2.0 — Last updated 18 August 2026. Mandatory Saudi law and any non-waivable customer rights prevail over conflicting contractual language.
SBCMI Store sells digital enterprise products and services. This policy explains how delivery occurs without physical shipping.
No physical shipping
Software licenses, digital credentials, Annual Software Assurance entitlements and remote technical-support services are delivered electronically. No courier, freight or physical shipment is part of the standard storefront purchase.
License provisioning
Provisioning begins after 100% cleared payment, required business verification and acceptance of the applicable terms. The order confirmation identifies the purchased platform and forms part of the delivery record. License credentials, activation instructions or controlled download/access details are delivered through the configured secure channel.
Annual Assurance activation
Assurance is activated for the eligible licensed platform after full cleared payment. The activation date and 12-month coverage end date are recorded in the entitlement record.
Technical-support scheduling
Expert support is scheduled after the minimum booking is paid in full and the required scope/access information is received. The agreed appointment or support window constitutes the service-delivery schedule.
Delivery evidence
SBCMI may retain order identifiers, activation timestamps, entitlement status, secure-link events, license records and other technical evidence necessary to demonstrate digital provisioning, support, security and dispute handling.
Delay or inability to provision
If provisioning cannot be completed within the agreed period, SBCMI will contact the customer using the order contact details. Any statutory rights concerning delayed delivery or performance remain unaffected.
